Fletcher Bay Investment Company Limited and Argent Group Europe Limited Fletcher Bay Investment Company Limited (“FBIC”) is pleased to announce it has acquired the whole of the issued share capital of Argent Group Europe Limited (“AGEL”). FBIC is an investment company formed by David Gray, AGEL’s co-founder, AGEL’s senior management including Andy Barnes, Adam Olins, Laurence Olins and Gerry Wensley, all of whom are Directors of FBIC and several private investors. AGEL was purchased from a group of investors led by leading European buyout firm Cinven Limited and other investors.
