Charles Keay has joined McQueen as a Managing Director to head up our debt advisory practice.

Charles joins us from NM Rothschild & Sons where he worked in the debt markets for over 28 years and latterly ran Rothschild’s property lending business. He helped establish the bank’s successful debt advisory practice in 2000, ran its Manchester based regional banking business in the early 1990’s and has experience of asset based financing, leasing and leveraged lending.

Accessing the debt markets on favourable terms will continue to present borrowers with significant challenges over the coming years and we hope that clients will take advantage of McQueen’s ability to provide independent, discreet and effective advice on the financing options available to them whilst navigating these difficult waters.  A link to an article written by Charles highlights some of the issues the market faces.  This article can be found here.
