Acquisition of certain frozen pastry assets, trade marks and licences by Northern Foods plc from Premier Foods plc

Northern Foods plc has acquired certain production assets, trade marks and licences in the frozen pastry market for the Upper Crust, Tiffany and McDougalls brands from Premier Foods plc for an undisclosed sum.

McQueen Limited acted as financial adviser to Northern Foods plc.
