Acquisition of Smiths Flour Mills by Longmynd

Longmynd Industrial Limited has acquired Smiths Flour Mills from Vision Capital for an undisclosed sum.

Smiths Flour Mills owns 3 mills in Worksop, Holbeach and Langley and supplies flour to a number of leading food companies.

McQueen Limited acted as financial adviser to Longmynd Industrial Limited.
